What this is

MCQ MasterLoop is a practice and revision service, operated by [legal entity not set]. It helps you practise questions, plan study time and see what you have covered.

It is not a course, not tuition, and not a substitute for your school or your teachers. It does not award qualifications and it does not predict your results.

Your account

Your account is yours. Do not share it. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

If you are under 18 you may need a parent or guardian's consent, and we may ask for it before your account is used.

Fair use

Do not do these things, and we will not have to take your account away:

• Copying questions out of the service to publish elsewhere.
• Automating access, or trying to extract the question bank.
• Trying to reach other students' data.
• Uploading anything unlawful or abusive where the service lets you write something.

Paid features

Some features need a subscription. Prices and what is included are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time through the store or provider you bought through.

Free accounts have a daily limit on the number of questions. That limit is part of the free plan, not a fault.

When things go wrong

We try to keep the service running and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available, or that every question is free of error. If you find a mistake, report it — there is a control on every question.

Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including as a consumer.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.
